“Mac mini–crazed,” Julio Ojeda-Zapata (twincities.com) “couldn’t be happier” with the “interesting uses” he has found for the new Mac mini. “Because it is so inexpensive,” Ojeda-Zapata found it a “compelling option” as a “mainstream Mac.” But the diminutive Mac mini “blew my mind” when he paired it with a 52-inch LCD. Vodafone K3520

Vodafone are now pioneering the USB stick-shaped modem with their increasingly popular K3520, which can reach download speeds of up to 7.2Mbps.

This means the connection speed you’ll be able to achieve will probably be faster than your home broadband connection, which a couple of years ago would have seemed near-impossible.
The misfortune with this selling-point is that access to these speeds is restricted. Currently 7.2Mbps is only avaialable in airports and London City Centre. That’s not to say they’ll be extending the network in the future.

Overall performance of the Vodafone K3520 is excellent, even outside the fast-connection zones. It makes an ideal accessory for anyone who uses a laptop or netbook on the move. The speeds you will probably achieve are around the 2Mbps mark, which is vodafone k3520sufficient for most mobile internet-needs.

The shape and size of the stick are perfect for mobile use. It is roughly the same shape and size as a normal USB memory stick, and hides away the sim card under the cap. A USB extension cable is also included which is handy if you’re using the device on a packed train.

Software setup is quick and easy. We tested it on a Mac and a PC, and had absolutely no problems.
